About

My name is Katherine Dietz Castano and I am a freelance Graphic Designer & Illustrator living in the Ballard neighborhood of Seattle, WA. I’m the principal creative at both Castano Design and its subsidiary company Hello June Prints. I would describe my works as methodical, highly creative, and very in tune with client needs. I take great pride in tending to even the tiniest of details in all  of my design projects and genuinely care about delivering a product that the client is completely happy with. 

I have a strong design foundation created through both my experience as a Graphic Designer at a prominent consulting firm and from my freelance Graphic Design experience. After working in the corporate world for a number of years I recently took the plunge to pursue freelancing full time. My eye for design is also supported by my Bachelor’s Degree in Advertising from WSU and Graphic Design and Adobe Suite classes taken at the School of Visual Concepts. My experience in design includes package design, logo design, van wraps, marketing materials, rebrands, and illustrated works.
